As a Systems Administrator, you will provide support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems on a cutting-edge program, managing IT system infrastructure and any process related to these systems. Supporting an innovative technical team, you will oversee the systems administration of desktop and server systems connected to local and wide-area networks, with Desktop System Management responsibilities involving account monitoring, security, OS installation, and other local-area system administration functions.   • Support to IT systems, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
  • Support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers
  • Support for the dispatch system and hardware problems, remaining involved in the resolution process.
  • Configuration and management of UNIX and Windows operating systems.
You will also be tasked with the installation of operating system and application software, isolating/resolving the hardware and software problems affecting them, as well as the communications infrastructure or any combination thereof. As a BAE Systems SA, you will be an integral player in the maintenance of network integrity, configuring the necessary components and implementing important OS enhancements to improve the reliability and performance of the IT program.

Salary Range: $69,200 to $117,590
Please note:This range is based on our market pay structures. However,individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
