Job Description
In this role you will participate in the Controls and Avionics Solutions (CAS) Supplier Partnerships Leadership Team, which is part of the Electronic Systems Sector. The Supply Chain Manager is a critical role to drive internal and external improvement in processes and performance. Key to success in this role is partnership and collaboration with internal and external cross functional teams with an objective focus on Safety, Quality, Cash, Delivery, Cost, and Continuous Improvement.

  • Digital Supply Chain, Supply Chain Influence in Design, and Replenishment Strategies
  • Lead process to identify high risk suppliers and mitigate risk through Return to Green efforts.
  • Use an innovative and collaborative approach to influence cross functional teams.
  • Be responsible to drive stabilization and long term visibility of supply chain demand.

    Pay Information
    Full-Time Salary Range: $100530 - $170910

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
