BAE Systems is seeking a highly qualified former Missile or Electronics Technician to work in our Engineering Support Service Line in support of our major Department of Defense (DoD) contract with Strategic Systems Programs (SSP). The successful candidate will contribute to our exciting future in integrated electronic maintenance documentation in support of SSP. There is an immediate need for an Engineering Technologist to write, review, edit, and process maintenance documentation material, and contribute to improved processes and product features. Recent Strategic Weapon System (SWS) maintenance experience and SWS technical documentation knowledge is required, as is a strong history in leadership and technical proficiency and an attitude of innovation and professional excellence. Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education At least 8 years of related recent work experience

Eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance (US Citizenship required)
SSBN Missile Technician or Electronics Technician with TRIDENT II SWS deployed experience
Familiar with TRIDENT II SWS preventive and corrective maintenance concepts and paper and electronic maintenance documentation
Good verbal and written communication skills Preferred Skills and Education Active DoD Secret security clearance
Associate’s degree and at least 7 years of related work experience, Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of related work experience, or at least 11 years of related work experience
Familiar with PMMP and SMP Programs
Familiar with SWS SOP/Principles of Operation concepts and documentation
Familiar with SWS SPALT Program
Familiar with SWS TFR Program
