Sr Quality Analyst

Job Description

Responsible for the support of metrics and reporting for Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) Quality. The Quality Analyst will also provide support to the Quality Management Systems (QMS) assuring compliance to the QMS as well as Life Cycle Management.

Duties includes the preparation of Quality Management, Program, Sector and Business Area reports. This encompasses the collection of data and supporting information that results in a detailed analysis providing the Business with solid recommendations with improvement opportunities. Additional duties include website maintenance, tracking and management of action logs, while supporting the execution and compliance of the QMS, as well as other duties as required.
This position serves as a metric resource for ECS and works with other business areas for metric alignment. Consequently, an acute attention to detail and the ability to multitask is mandatory.

In this position, this role partners and works closely with Quality Program Engineers/Directors , Quality & Performance Assurance Operations and Engineering at all levels of the organization to ensure metrics reporting as well as support continuous improvement efforts.

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience

Expert Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of Products
Lean Six Sigma knowledge
Strong leadership, communications and organization skills to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.

Preferred Skills and Education

Data Analysis Tools such as MiniTab
Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Technical discipline
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification/experience
