Spv I- Craft
The Craft Supervisor is directly in charge of production on the job site. Plan, specify and position rigging equipment for accomplishing work in a safe and efficient manner Assist the Manager in scheduling, planning and evaluating workloads. Lends technical assistance to subordinates Read and interpret job specifications. Work with no supervision. May be assigned miscellaneous tasks outside craft as required. Supervise craft employees assigned to crew. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Comprehensive technical knowledge of rigging gear such as block and tackle, chain falls, slings and come-alongs. Know and be able to use hand signals for cranes.
