Job Description
Join BAE Systems' Intelligence and Security sector and be a part of a team who solves some of the world's most complex technical challenges. We are looking for a High Performance Computing (HPC) Software Engineer to join a mission critical program within the intelligence community to provide engineering analysis of proposed computer architectures.

In this role you will:
•Conduct functional modeling
•Evaluate Instruction Set Architecture (ISR) and vendor-supplied information
•Develop and maintain abstract system performance modeling tools to estimate algorithmic for hardware architecture resources
•Analyze system fault tolerance, redundancy and resiliency in the presence of errors as well as reliability, availability, serviceability and maintainability
•Interconnect and network performance, including applicability for specific algorithms of interest
•Perform analysis of failure modes and effects (FMEA)
•Participate in multi-way brainstorming discussions and design reviews
