Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a Passive Geolocation Senior Mentor. This Mentor will provide 24/7 Passive Geolocation expert support, develop procedural working aids, maintain training records, create course curriculum and training reference dealing with passive geolocation, and provide the government with advice for job qualification standards. The Passive Geolocation Senior Mentor will be responsible for maintaining operational currency by supporting real world missions, instructing training courses in the areas of multi-aperture collection and language-enabled passive geolocation operations, and providing graphic presentations and briefings that contribute to the Weekly Activity Report, and to educate supported units in capabilities.

Required Skills and Education
At least five of the last seven years performing :

  • RF Collect with DF operations
  • Real-Time RF COMINT
  • Manual, automatic or synthetic T/FDOA geolocation
Current Passive Geolocation Operator
Instructor of NSAG Passive Geolocation Qualification Course
Two or more years of Teaching experience

Preferred Skills and Education
Experience with Curriculum and training development, and creating Job Qualification Standards
