SharePoint and SQL Lead

Job Description
BAE Systems is Seeking a SharePoint/SQL Lead Administrator that will assist in all aspects of SharePoint and SQL site and server maintenance including requirements gathering, new site management, site migrations, patching and site upgrades. The SharePoint Administrator will work with other team members, DBAs and infrastructure teams to evaluate business needs, design and manage end-to-end integration of new or existing systems, as well as provide technical guidance and support. The successful candidate will have the ability to understand engineering designs, server farms, SharePoint admin console, work with limited direction, and understand how multiple systems interact with each other on an Enterprise level.

Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education
Extensive experience with .NET Web application development using C# and ASP.NET, Experience developing Web parts and related coding techniques and best practices and feature deployment. Experience with form building and custom workflow development. Direct experience using SharePoint Designer and InfoPath 2010 or later. (2013 preferred) Expert in all out-of-the-box features in SharePoint 2010 and 2013. Experience with CAML, CSS and SQL Server. Good communications skills, both verbal and written required. Candidate must hold a current Security+, or greater, and be enrolled in the Continuing Education (CE) program through CompTIA in accordance with DOD 8570.01-M.

Preferred Skills and Education
Security+, ITIL Foundation v3, Microsoft Server ITIL v3 experience and certification desired; Working knowledge of System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) would be an added advantage.
