ServiceNow Application Developer

BAE Systems has an opening on our team in Charlotte, NC for a ServiceNow Application Developer.
This position will require the ServiceNow Application Developer to collaboratively work within a team of ServiceNow developers to design, develop and implement enterprise wide solutions which create significant business value for BAE Systems. Consults with key stakeholders to develop requirements for enterprise solutions. Develops sound innovative solutions which enable process optimization and automation and create business value.
Required Skills and Education
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
Demonstrated ability to design, develop and implement moderate to complex ServiceNow enterprise solutions.
Demonstrated ServiceNow IT Service Mgt. development experience.
Experience in developing solutions within the Service Portal and applying User Interface concepts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop value stream maps and make recommendations on process optimization and automation.
Experience using an Agile project methodology in the development and implementation of solutions.
Preferred Skills and Education
Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a high energy environment.
Self-motivator with the ability to work through stakeholder requests which have moderate to high ambiguity.
ServiceNow Developer Certification.
ServiceNow System Administration certification.
ITIL Expert certification.
