Senior Systems Adminstrator

Candidate must possess full-scope polygraph; candidate will not beconsidered without it. The Systems Administrator will be responsiblefor effective delivery, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenanceof systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. The candidate willparticipate in technical research and development for innovation within theSponsor’s infrastructure.

Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education

SA Engineering and Operations:

Engineering of SA-related solutions

Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security

Assist in the design, deployment and maintenance of the Disaster

Recovery Model

Coordinate server builds and configurations in multiple locations

Build, test, and deploy the code and methodologies for server

synchronization between primary and fail-over locations

Support our program on two separate client intranet networks; assist in

building a data bridge between networks

Review and modify server settings for PDC, DNS, IIS, and Licensed

Server Roles

Maintain system efficiency

Research and complete performance tuning upgrades

Troubleshoot server & network problems reported by users

Analyze and isolate issues

Make recommendations for future system hardware and software upgrades

Maintain network and system security

Monitor server and network to ensure security and availability for


Evaluate and modify system performance

Research and recommend innovative approaches for system administration


Perform daily system monitoring

Maintain accreditation, server audits, scans, apply new security

certifications on existing servers

Configure Kerberos set up on new servers

Ensure servers comply with all client requirements and industry best
