This position is the primary interface with AT&T and other contracting supplier support organizations. Job duties include, but are not exclusive to: Maintaining all related activities for the administration, planning and development of computer systems. Maintain inventory and configuration documentation on hardware and software.Provide daily monitoring on critical IT infrastructure by maintaining a detailed system checklist. Self-manage IT project work from inception to deployment.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and manage and monitor system backups. Provide IT network support and maintenance as needed.

Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education Required education: Bachelor Degree or six additional years of experience in lieu of a degree

Security+ Certification

Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) 2008

Ability to manage, maintain and trouble shoot Windows Server 2003, 2008, Windows Workstation, Win7, Win10, Activity Directory, DNS, CAC logon and configuration, PKI Knowledge, EMC SAN, EMC RecoveryPoint Replication

Workstation installation and configuration

Hard disk Cloning

Account Management

Backup and restoration

Preferred Skills and Education Excellent problem solving and multitasking skills

High level of patience and professionalism when dealing with others

Able to work with minimal direction.

Participate in action plan development for disaster recovery and certain types of recovery situations.

Able to utilize knowledge to be able to make quick, accurate, and safe decisions in disaster recovery situation.

Able to use a highly analytical approach backed by facts in normal trouble analysis
