Job Description

Project Analyst - Master Scheduler, provide scheduling consulting services for acquisition and program management support to Air Force within the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Systems Program Office. The primary purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive schedule management support capability to the Department of Defense acquisition and sustainment processes. Assist the client in creating and revising program schedules in the execution of the DoD 5000 acquisition process. Assist the client in developing and maintaining weapon system sustainment schedules. Assistance to the client may include drafting, revising, reviewing and routing a wide variety of program schedules in support of overall program execution.

Perform analysis and formulate recommendations regarding planning and execution of all future schedule requirements. Primarily responsible for planning, organizing and leading tasks and projects, and ensuring the quality of client deliverables.

The successful candidate will apply well-developed consulting, assignment management and functional skills as well as maintaining and expanding client relationships through delivery of high quality work and hands on management of client assignments.

Required Skills and Education

14 Years with HS
10 Years with AA
8 Years with BS
6 Years with MS

Degrees must be in Engineering, Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other applicable discipline. Must have working knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project or other applicable scheduling software.

Preferred Skills and Education

  • Preference will be given to candidates with a 4 year (BS/BA) degree.
  • Active security clearance is preferred. Must be eligible for a clearance.
  • Experience in various schedule software applications (Primavera P6 EPPM, MS Project, Acumen Fuse/Risk) is preferred.
  • Understanding of DoD acquisition and program management processes.
  • Proficient in Windows Office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated experience as a Master Scheduler.
  • Air Force ICBM Weapon System Experience
