Semiconductor Assembly Manufacturing Operator

Job Description

This position is designed to use various skills in the manufacturing of highly reliable VLSI semiconductor packaged components (modules) from wafers or die. The operator will use online documented processes in conjunction with an MES (Manufacturing Electronic System) to inspect die or modules, perform die attach, perform wire-bonding and perform other supporting processes with various automated and semi-automated tools & furnaces in a cleanroom environment. The operator will perform these responsibilities in a strong manufacturing team environment that includes an engineering support team that develops and monitors the manufacturing of our modules.

Required Skills and Education

Proficient use of MS Windows-based computers
Proficient use of general-purpose semiconductor manufacturing equipment

Preferred Skills and Education
Requires a High School diploma plus four years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree in Electronics or Manufacturing.
