Job Description
BAE Systems is building a team of Information Systems Managers to provide leadership for those involved in the development, design and optimization of one or more information technology and systems functions supporting the Intelligence Community's business processes and technical information systems platforms. Our managers will supervise teams performing analysis, selection and modification of enterprise systems, application software, installation of network hardware/software and database management.

This position is for the SE&I Task Lead which will Support the Program Manager and Site Lead. Coordinates team's activities to provide Agency and/or COCOM customers with systems engineering and integration. Manages stand up of development, integration, and test environment as well implementation of a process for rapid development and enterprise-wide implementation. Manages integration and testing of COTS/ GOTS products (as an entire solution or as part of an overall system solution). Enables the ability to quickly augment and enhance existing tools, applications, and methodologies to advance analytic efforts and maintain currency with changing terrorism milieu. Develops the necessary Transition Planning including user training, support staff training, and any applicable decommissioning activities for systems/services that have been replaced. Works closely with Emerging Capabilities and Research as well as Data Management Leads to orchestrate team's release and development support.

Work Locations for this opportunity are primarily Sterling VA and Joint Base Anacostia Bolling. However, other work locations are Reston VA, Charlottesville VA, Doral Florida and other CONUS and OCONUS. The positions needed range from Junior to Subject Matter Expert.

Required Skills and Education
•Bachelor's degree in STEM related discipline.
•9-12 years |13+ years of related experience.
•Active TS clearance.
•Project management experience leading diverse teams focused on operations and maintenance of complex computer systems.
•Customer relation management experience.
•Experience developing creative solutions to highly complex problems invovling internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Skills and Education
•Experience supporting the missions of analysts in the Defense Intelligence Agency or Combatant Commands.
•Experience with Agile Development methodologies.
•Knowledge of system testing and validation.
•Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified.
