The Construction Project Security Manager is responsible for overseeing the construction of new, and modification of existing, Special Access Program Facilities (SAPF) and Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) across the Electronic Systems sector, to ensure all government security requirements are met. Individual will work with government customers, business/program staff, functional staff, and security as the subject matter expert applying security requirements to complex construction projects. The position is responsible for reviewing and developing drawings, plans, product specifications, concepts of operations, etc. to ensure adherence to requirements and/or concurrence by the customer for unique mitigations resulting in successful, on-time accreditation of the facility.
