Scheduling Coordinator

Responsible for providing and de-conflicting schedules associated with projects. Duties will include identifying potential scheduling issues and the ability to de-conflict when they arise which shall include potential impacts on both current and future scheduled test events.

Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education Minimum education and years of related experience required: High School Diploma/GED and at least Five (5) years experience in scheduling and de-confliction. Knowledge of scheduling tools and AEGIS and SSDS baselines, supporting peripheral equipment, common equipment, and communication systems for coordination, scheduling and de-confliction of Combat Systems. Experience in providing updates on items that impact current testing and future testing.

Security clearance requirement: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required). Selected candidate will receive a contingent offer and start date will be delayed until at least an interim Secret clearance is granted.

Also required:

Minimum of three (3) years TRMS experience

Must be willing and able to provide a state issued driver’s license and complete DMV records upon date of hire. If position requires driving a vehicle 10k lbs and more than 15 passengers, selected candidate must provide proof of completion of Navy Driver Training, in addition to state issued driver’s license and complete DMV records

Preferred Skills and Education Highly desired, but not required:

Active DoD Secret security clearance
