SCA Order Clerk II

The selected candidate operates multi-function telephone system and directs calls to the necessary person(s). Maintains records and journals of meetings for the customer. Controls access to the facility for visitors. Performs other administrative functions for the management team and staff for the facility as required. Interfaces daily with Program Managers, Project Managers, Task Leaders and Supervisors to ensure continuity and timely delivery information related to all Purchasing Requests and Purchase Orders in direct support of our customers. Responsible for the ordering and tracking of materials in support of Programs and Projects for Task Leaders and Project Managers. Responsible for all of the overhead procurements that directly impact the daily operations of the Spring Lake Facility. Ensures accuracy of Material Equipment Lists and assists in the tracking of materials related to Programs and Projects. Supports onsite customers as required.
