SCA Order Clerk I

The Order Clerk will quote and create Purchase Request Worksheets based of the Master Bill of Material. The Order Clerk will key purchase requisitions into CostPoint from a Purchase Request Worksheet and update the Master Bill of Material with procurement information on a daily basis. The Order Clerk tracks purchases to ensure project schedules are met and will notify Project Managers of possible delays or concerns. The Order Clerk will also initiate NSN procurements when necessary and will provide documentation of purchases to the Supply Department for receiving purposes. The Order Clerk will initiate material picks and transfer in accordance with Production Work Orders as well as generating and updating Production Shortage Lists.

This position is located in Chesapeake, VA. There is no relocation assistance available for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to Chesapeake, VA or surrounding areas.
