Rocket Manufacturing Intern (Fall 2018)

Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking engineering students to work in the Soventless rocket manufacturing facilities. These individuals will be expected to assist in data acquisition and analysis of the manufacturing processes. They will integrate within a team and become subject matter experts to fulfill technical requirements to meet deliveries to the DoD. Successful candidates will facilitate and support improvement projects, maintenance projects and aid in process troubleshooting.

Required Skills and Education
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably mechanical or chemical)

Preferred Skills and Education
Completed at least two or three years towards degree (junior or senior)
Experience working with energetic materials (propellants and/or explosives)
Previous internship or work experience
Experience in safe handling of energetic materials
