Quality Engineer - Production Support

Job Description

Support the Space Organization in the manufacture of CCAs (Circuit Card Assemblies) and other electronic assemblies. Responsible for monitoring and improving quality on the program. Tasks include data trending, root cause corrective action, bounding quality issues and driving issues to closure. Support new builds and processes through customer interface and First Article Inspections. Support the floor with quality issues and criteria interpretation. Build quality into the process to strive towards zero defects. Train and mentor others to improve performance.

Typical Education & Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
