Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. BAE Systems is looking for a Program Quality Engineer to support the Electronic Attack Solutions product area. In this role you will provide Quality Engineering support, guidance and instruction to inspectors, operators and other functional personnel in support of manufacturing, integration, and test. The candidate will perform trend analysis and utilize quality tools to help drive continuous improvement and support zero defect initiatives. Additional duties include audit execution, planning/performing First Article Inspection reviews, and supporting Root Cause/Corrective Action activities.

Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience

•Demonstrated ability to work independently in dynamic, highly diverse, cross discipline teams.

•Strong communication skills (written, verbal, visual) and interpersonal skills (listening, group facilitation).

•Knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as AS9100/ISO9001

•Must have knowledge of AS9102 FAI requirements.

•Must have experience in Root Cause tools and Corrective Action activities.

Preferred Skills and Education

•ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification or ISO 9001 Internal Auditing Course

•ASQ Certified Quality Engineer Course and Certification.

•Lean Six-Sigma Analysis and Tools Experience
