Project Analyst - Test Products and Support

Supports senior program managers with customer engagement, program performance, and delivery for F-16 Support Equipment Programs. This position may manage small to medium projects of low to moderate contract value and complexity. Emphasis on execution of programs and provides program updates regarding progress to financial, schedule, technical, and/or new business performance objectives. This role involves, but is not limited to planning, organizing, and coordinating work within Test Products and Support and with other BAE Systems product areas. Leads proposal development activities for follow-on and new programs. Supports strategic and financial business modeling and planning. This position has contact with well-established F-16 customers; including Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, International Program Office, and International Ministries of Defense and their prime contractors. Ensures the adherence and compliance within assigned projects to the Operational Framework and the appropriate sections of the Operational Assurance Statement.

Ideal candidate is currently a high performer in contracts or engineering with aspiration to grow in program management capacity. Required Skills and Education Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years defense or aerospace experience.

In-depth contract management and negotiating skill.

Proven International Business experience and cultural sensitivity with emphasis on Middle East region.

Familiarity with Foreign Military Sales and International Direct Commercial Sales programs.

Understanding and compliance with International Trade and Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Background and experience with aerospace ground support equipment or logistics programs. Preferred Skills and Education

Ability to swiftly build trust and strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Established network of BAE Systems legal and contracts functional contacts.

Experience with MS Project and Microsoft Office Tools.
