Project Analyst

Job Description
This position is contingent on contract award. Anticipated award date is early April 2020

The selected candidate will form a partnership with Program/Project Managers in the creation and continuing support to our programs by gathering and integrating project/program data. Ensures schedules are met and identifies possible conflicts with customer and contract requirements. Meets with Government representatives and other support contacts while attending meetings for program, project, and procurement status. Responsible for recording and preparing meeting minutes/action items. Provides management with analytical data derived from various reports related to task progression and will participate in program and project reviews. Will prepare, monitor, and update spreadsheets for tracking material purchases. Assists in the preparation of reports and submission to internal and external customers. Assists in the preparation of cost proposals by gathering, integrating, and analyzing cost data.

This position is located in Lexington Park, MD. There is no relocation assistance available for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to Lexington Park, MD or surrounding areas.

Required Skills and Education
Bachelor's degree in a Business discipline such as Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or Accounting and 5 years of related experience
Customer service focus
Expertise in Microsoft Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to multitask and work under frequent deadlines
Ability to learn job-related material through on-the-job training
Excellent written, verbal communication skills, and presentation abilities
Active security clearance and ability to maintain

Preferred Skills and Education
Experience with financial support; developing, tracking, reporting spend plans, and project budgets
Active TS clearance
