Project Analyst

BAE Systems is looking for project analyst whose duties include coordinating logistics for employees and tracking their mobilization, deployment and re-deployment progress. The project analyst plans and executes travel coordination for individuals and groups supporting US government contracts globally.

Additional responsibilities includes travel processing to include flights, hotels, vehicles and travel documents as well as new hire and candidate communications, documentation processing, and data tracking. The analyst enters employee data into structured databases to support analysts’ mobilization and accountability. The analyst routinely produces metrics generated by database output, reviewing them for data quality and accuracy to enable the development of program efficiencies. The analyst will track progress towards financials, schedules, and business performance objectives.

Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft® Office® tools.
  • A college diploma

Preferred Skills and Education Previous background in the Military or defense contracting and working with databases is desired .
