Program Manager I

The ICBM Systems Directorate is responsible for publishing the ICBM Roadmap in support of the Air Force Global Strike Command ICBM Master Plan at least annually or as required. The Integration Support Contract will assist the Program Control office (NIP) in the following areas: 1) Assist in development of the Roadmap Summary detailing the long range plan to support the weapon system, 2) Perform advanced analysis and deliver recommendations to integrate the ICBMSD mission, objectives and goals within the Roadmap, 3) Assist with gathering data on all ICBMSD programs using the Life Cycle Management Process (LCMP), Risk Management databases and subsystem Level II meetings, then verifying the accuracy through program managers as well as documenting program changes, forecasts and needs in the Roadmap while linking the data gathered to future programming requirements, 4) Assisting in ensuring the annual Roadmap schedule is being followed, and 5) Assisting in comment resolution, adjudication and final submission for coordination. Candidate will also assist in the development of various process improvements relative to Strategic Planning. Other analytical support duties as requested by the government can be expected. Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education Required education: High School/GED

18+ years with HS

14+ years with AA

12+ years with BS/BA

10+ years with MS/MA

7+ years with PhD

Program Management experience supporting government sponsored programs. Preferred Skills and Education

Undergraduate degree in appropriate area of study

12 years ICBM experience including exposure to headquarters processes involving POM and/or acquisition activities
