Program Manager I

Job Description

Program Manager to support F-22 Sustainment programs within the LO Tactical Aircraft Electronic Warfare (LO TacAir EW) Product Support Product Area. The position will be responsible for day to day support/oversight of selected Programs that may include field return repairs, spares, Engineering support or modification efforts. The Program Manager will support program planning, executing and proposal activities. This position will be responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance and will directly interface with customers, suppliers, and internal functions/stakeholders.

Typical Education & Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

Strong communication skills
Understanding Program Management and risk and opportunity management
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams
Experience interfacing and briefing customers and management
Strong problem solving, planning and organizational skills

Preferred Skills and Education

Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
Master's Degree
