Program Manager CMOS Sensor & Camera Projects

Plan, direct and control the development manufacturing and support of CMOS Sensor and Camera projects. In concert with Sales and Marketing develop marketing communications. Initiates, organizes, plans authorizes work, manages, controls, manages change and end closes out assigned project(s).

Develops and establishes procedures and guidelines for daily operation of the assigned project(s), and prepares, executes and revises the Project Plan.

Implements project information management systems and controls to carry out project tasks. Determines work schedules, prioritizes tasks, and implements procedures for performing work activities.

Directs and monitors work results for meeting market requirements, specifications and quality assurance standards.

Regularly evaluates performance of assigned project tasks in terms of quality, cost control, and achievement of technical, schedule, performance and contractual objectives using company standard metrics.

Keeps Line and Functional Management informed regarding project status and any technical, cost, schedule, or administrator problems within assignment projects.

Establishes, maintains and promotes good customer relationships. Ensures the coordination of work tasks with customer representatives. Ensures customers are informed on status and progress of assigned projects.

Coordinates project reviews and directs the preparation of status and progress reports as directed in the Lifecycle Management Guidelines and the Operational Framework.

Identifies and develops opportunities to increase the value of the project(s) under their purview, and to capture new projects. Develops capture plans and directs the development and preparation of proposals in response to various requests. Ensures that work statements are adequately defined and that staffing requirements are correct.

Participates in make/buy decisions and recommends the selection of subcontractors. Supports the Program Director in developing multi-year strategic plans. Develops input to the company’s financial plan for assigned projects.

Ensures the adherence and compliance within assigned projects to the Operational Framework and the appropriate sections of the Operational Assurance Statement. Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 15 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education Bachelors Degree and 15+ years of experience or a Masters Degree and 13+ years of experience with 5+ years of recent program management/team lead experience.

Exceptional experience leading and directing cross functional teams.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .

Ability to prepare and deliver presentation material.

Proficiency in attention to detail and the initiative to follow up with customers, peers, and project team members.
