Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. We are seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, advanced electronic warfare technology efforts on the Compass Call program.

Compass Call is an Airborne Electronic Attack weapon system that has been actively deployed, supported and modernized for over 30 years. The US Air Force has recently decided to Cross Deck the existing mission system on to a variant of the Gulfstream G550, to be fielded as the EC-37B. As the prime Mission System Integrator, to the US Air Force, BAE Systems is responsible for the delivery and integration of the entire complement of modern electronics used extensively to deny and degrade enemy command and control. This program is seeking a self-motivated and energetic program manager to join a program management team focused on leading projects in the integration of mission equipment onto the new aircraft. The Compass Call program is experiencing rapid growth, and offers a challenging, exciting leadership opportunity to grow with the program. This project manager position is responsible for leading and managing a project team assuring that project's financials, schedule, and technical objectives are met and that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved while meeting all contractual commitments. The candidate must be able to work with Engineering and Operations leadership to ensure that development activities continue to exceed customer commitments. This role also includes participation in the support of the development of new business and in the development of proposals. The candidate must demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security.

Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education
Program Management or Technical Leadership experience in a development/integration environment
Ability to work independently and lead a cross-functional team.
Experience working with Integrated Master Schedules and Risk Management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills and Education
Preferred Skills and Education
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Integration and Test and/or field test experience
Discipline experience/expertise in Electronic Warfare, SIGINT, or other related disciplines
Experience interfacing with military operators and technical subject matter experts
Ability to be cleared to Top Secret.
