Program Control Analyst Principle
F35 and F22 Sustainment programs reside in the Low Observable Tactical Aircraft (LOTAC) Product Line within the Electronic Combat Solutions Business Area of Electronic Systems. F35 Sustainment is a recently formed Program Family in the LOTAC Product Line with a 23% CAGR across the current IBP window. Reporting to the Finance manager for LOTAC Sustainment, the Sr Principal Program Control Analyst will provide leadership, guidance and Program Control support within the F35 Sustainment team as well as provide Program Control support to F22 Sustainment programs. Working with management, the qualified candidate will lead efforts to support LOTAC Sustainment and Finance principal objectives. These objectives include meeting or exceeding key salients; providing timely and accurate delivery of core products; continuous improvement by review and update of current processes; and performing ad hoc analysis as necessary.
Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education
- Good planning, time management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties
- Exhibit sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing and coordinating with company personnel, customers and suppliers
Preferred Skills and Education
- Bachelors Degree with 8+ yrs of experience or Masters Degree with 6+ years of experience
- Leadership experience in prior position
- Strong Customer Relationships
- Solid financial analysis background
