Program Control Analyst II
Opportunity for a Program Control Analyst in the Electronic Attack Solutions (EAS) product area within ECS. Working with the Program Manager, the candidate will proved overall support and analysis for a variety of fixed price & cost type programs. Utilizing Earned Value Management System guidelines, responsibilities will include providing overall cost, schedule and variance analysis as well as risk and opportunity management. Supports and assists in the preparation of the program plan, development of the Estimate at Completion (EAC) position and analysis of data utilizing trends and predictors. Supports the yearly Operating Plan and Integrated Business Plan (IBP) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process. Maintains accurate salient and manpower forecasts in Hyperion and supports proposal preparation through ProPricer and cost volume generation. Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education Proficient in: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Cobra, Hyperion, Oracle, iPortal, ProPricer and Project Data Preferred Skills and Education Systems experience is preferred, however not mandatory provided the candidate is will to learn applications.
