Assists in the development of program plans including work breakdown structures, budgets and schedules to meet contractual requirements. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Duties and responsibilities which occupy a major portion of time and importance in the job.)
Participate in the control of costs and schedules on contracts requiring a validated Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
Assure consistent application of earned value and business management processes; coordinate Earned Value and EAC reviews, integrate, analyze and report program performance against plan; monitor, analyze and report monthly earned value information and variance analysis.
Responsible for setup and maintenance of projects in the EVM tool (Cobra) including baseline and status, ETCs, estimated actuals, generating reports and charts.
Prepares and reviews financial documentation such as Contract Funds Status Reports (CFSR), and Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMR).
Assess reasonableness of Program Managers and Control Account Managers EAC by utilizing independent Estimate at Completions (IEAC)
Plans, analyzes and reports on cost, sales, income, bookings, backlog, manpower, material and other related data. Including inputs to the Hyperion planning tool.
