Program Cntrl Anst I, RF Subsystems Support

Job Description

A challenging opportunity exists for an individual to join the RF Subsystems program family which resides in the TACAIR Product Line within the Electronic Combat Solutions Business Area. The RF Subsystems program family is comprised of programs such as AFSOC C-130J, ALR-56C, ALR-56M and SPEWS, which represents $531m of revenue over the IBP. Reporting to the Finance manager for RF Subsystems, the Program Control Analyst I will provide financial support across multiple program teams within the product line, giving the candidate exposure to multiple program types. The objectives include meeting or exceeding key salient, supporting all functional and program requirements, providing timely and accurate deliverables, implementing continuous improvement by review and update of current processes, and performing ad hoc analysis as necessary. The candidate will be responsible to work with the program team to review trends and pro-actively address performance / cost / schedule issues on the program and ensure application of Company's mandated business policies and processes as set out in the Operational Framework.

Typical Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Excellent planning, time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exhibit sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing and coordinating with company personnel, customers and suppliers
  • Proficient in system tools including Cobra, ProPricer, Hyperion, Microsoft Office
Preferred Skills and Education
  • Previous experience in Program Control
  • Leadership experience in prior position
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledgeable in EVMS both procedures and systems
