Production Program Control Analyst

Job Description

  • Provide Program Control on production orders for various BAE programs; issuing and monitoring Program Instructions and work authorization on all Contract/Orders
  • Provide support to Program Managers and Program team by monitoring daily customer delivery Min/Max quantities
  • Maintain spreadsheets for daily/monthly customer shipping balances and customer requirements
  • Troubleshoot shipping discrepancies and work with team (operations and shipping) for process improvements on shipping issues
  • Work closely with Contracts function for acceptance and accuracy of new Orders/Contracts
  • Add/Update all production contracts into Oracle, validate entry of PO, update PO Modifications, add shipping demand
  • Review accuracy of Contracts/PO and resolve contract discrepancies with Contracts function
  • Support cross functional meetings with Contracts, Finance, Operations and Shipping

  • Ability to multi task and have good organizational skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail and understanding how to read Contract/Purchase Orders
  • Profess time management skills and prioritize workload in a fast paced environment
  • Capability to communicate well with Contracts, Program Management, Finance, Operations & Shipping
Preferred Skills and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance OR related degree / equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Oracle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse work teams
