Product Test Engineer

Responsible for performing detailed test planning and associated test implementation activities. Promote detailed methods and techniques necessary to establish technically sound product test solutions. Assists in the investigation, analysis, and development of solutions to product performance problems. Responsible for assisting in the preparation of test plans and schedules, and the resolution of technical and quality issues. Incumbents continually strive to improve associated processes and procedures. Work is often carried out in a multi-functional team environment.

Differentiation of job levels is determined according to criteria including but not limited to: criticality and complexity of work, independence, leadership abilities, years of experience, skill level, educational background and degrees obtained, ability to train, team work, versatility, efficiency, problem solving capability, and performance goals met or exceeded.
