Procurement Systems Manager

Job Description
Candidate will be responsible for supporting Business Practice and Agreements for the Procurement Business Solutions and Governance Organization. The chosen individual will be fluent in the procurement process, utilizing and at times modifying the procedures to meet current Government and Business Procurement Requirements. This position will support our procurement business systems and tools. his includes responding to Research and Data calls, ES procurement performance report preparation, Website Mgmt, Cyber Security program, and all Systems, such as Oracle, Hicx, KTA, SCR's etc.

Candidate must be able to compile data and put together responses for data call to respond to both internal and Audit requests. Solid System knowledge of Oracle, dataview, HIcx, SIS, etc is required. An ability to provide training on systems and process changes, including writing process and procedures and desk instructions. This position will be responsible for the ES Cyber Security program, the Oracle R12 upgrade for Supplier Partnerships and ePO upgrades.

Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education
Ability to manipulate and understand large volumes of data. Solid Presentation skills and the ability to mentor other procurement professionals. Strong Procurement Systems knowledge to lead upgrades and changes to our procurement systems. Experience as a Project Manager is desired.

Preferred Skills and Education
Solid Computer skills and Oracle knowledge.
