Principle Antenna Engineer
The new hire’s primary activity will be to both participate in and to lead technical teams in the design, test, and manufacture of antennas. The applicant must be able to work independently with minimal technical direction. The new hire will improve existing antenna designs and coordinate all aspects of manufacturing of antennas between engineering and operations for sustained production. The applicant must be familiar with antenna manufacturing processes including composite manufacturing and will be working in a DoD contracting environment. The new hire will present to customers and provide major inputs to proposals as required. Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education Antenna design engineering experience. Manufacturing experience. Preferred Skills and Education
Experience with radar cross section (RCS) engineering.
