BAE System is looking for a precision mechanical inspector to join our group in Nashua and Hudson NH. New hire will be exposed to different measuring tools and expected to learn how to use them to perform their daily job requirements. Examples are CMMS, Vision Machines and Optical Comparators.
Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
Required Skills and Education
Requires a High School / GED or Trade School education and a minimum of two (2) years mechanical inspection or related machining experience. Must demonstrate a proficiency in trigonometry and geometry and meet applicable certification requirements per company and customer standards.
Preferred Skills and Education
Solid background / experience in mechanical inspection and drawing interpretation per ANSI.Y14.5. PWB inspection experience. Active IPC 600, 610, 620 certifications.
