The paralegal will support the Inc. headquarters legal function. Responsibilities will include administering and maintaining records of legal holds, distributing services of process across the enterprise and maintaining records of same, preparing responses to third party subpoenas, coordinating review and publication of corporate policies, assisting in preparation of agreements, correspondence, and other documents.

The paralegal also maintains records and performs case management, assists with due diligence review and other administrative tasks associated with M&A activity, conducts research and resolves legal questions under the direction of an attorney, reviews documents for production under the direction of an attorney, and performs a variety of additional support functions such as maintaining files, overseeing retention agreements with outside counsel and processing related invoices.

Minimum Education and Experience Minimum HS degree with 8+ years of related experience Required Skills and Education Demonstrated experience working in a corporate, government, or law firm environment in a similar capacity. Preferred Skills and Education Juris Doctor or Master’s degree preferred, 7-10 years of experience. About BAE Systems, Inc.
