In this Operations Program Manager (OPM) role you will be supporting the sustainment business for a product line supporting various Electronic Warfare products. You will be responsible for working closely with the customer and program office to understand the program requirements and in turn working with supply chain, quality and manufacturing in multiple factories in order to execute all operation tasks associated with delivering the product.

In this role you will be responsible for developing a detailed plan and then executing to that plan to set up a new sustainment area with the appropriate test equipment and resources to support estimated field return rates. This will involve managing capital purchases as well as working to transition equipment from the current production manufacturing areas. In addition you will be responsible for assuring IT, security and engineering efforts are coordinated in order to get the test equipment up and running.

This role will involve supporting current and future proposal efforts, capacity analysis, technical understanding of what equipment will be needed to process hardware, assuring that contracts are set up to allow for proper induction and sell off of product and management of all field returns and active sustainment contracts. In addition you will be asked to understand and managing to program Quality, Cost and Schedule targets.

Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

- Technical Degree or proven technical experience and knowledge

-Experience with analyzing and managing program material and
build cost

-Experience with quality improvement and able to identify and
drive defect reduction opportunities

-Clearly be able to articulate priorities and provide concise
direction to include writing and presentation skills

- Development and implementation of project plans and schedules

- Ensure quality standards are met for delivered products

- Drives the team to meet schedule/executes to the provided plan

- Experience with testing and troubleshooting EW products

- Resolves/Removes obstacles

Proven team leader with strong written and verbal communication skills

•Have successfully establish strong working relationships across company's technical and non-technical functions

•Motivated self-starter and creative problem solver with proven experience executing in diverse multi-disciplinary teams

Preferred Skills and Education
Experience in at least one of the following, if not all: supply chain, manufacturing and/or process engineering
experience with Microsoft Excel, DSS, iPortal, PDM, Solumina, Data View applications

Certified Six-Sigma Black Belt
Active DoD Security Clearance
