Mid-Level Intelligence Analyst
BAE Systems is seeking a mid-level intelligence analyst to provide high-value counter-terrorism analytics for an important government customer. The candidate will provide in depth operational and tactical analysis of terrorist activities in the middle east including producing finished intelligence products to include, but not limited to, standard product lines (DID, DI-Short, DI-Long, etc.), product lines (NTB, Current, PDB, WIRE, etc.), and briefings to both tactical and strategic oriented customers. Candidate will also support DoD collectors and determine the best methodology to prepare and produce integrated intelligence products including target development products in direct support of special operations forces.
Typical Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree with four years of full time active-duty intelligence experience OR six full years in intelligence in lieu of a degree.
Required Skills and Education
High School diploma with at least 6 years of military intelligence or equivalent experience OR Bachelors or Master's Degree with at least 4 years intelligence analysis experience. Demonstrated strong communications skills.
Preferred Skills and Education
Analytic target development experience supporting Special Operations Forces and utilizing national all-source datasets. Proficiency in various target development and geospatial programs, tools, and applications such as IC REACH/Firetruck, Proton, ArcGis, Google Earth, Analyst Notebook, OMAR, and NSAnet applications. Experience with Sunni terrorism, to include deployment experience with special mission units supporting find, fix, finish, and exploitation and analysis operations. Experience training and mentoring junior team members.
