Job Description
Please note this position supports our Second Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the Second Shift.

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status along with the ability to obtain a minimum of Secret Clearance
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.

Skills
Quality minded person with strong documentation, computer skills, and attention to detail. Able to read, understand, and follow manufacturing processes and other build documentation. Ability to comprehend drawings and engineering change orders. Knowledge of multi-level assemblies and parts lists. Must be a team player, self-motivated, able to multitask with the desire to expand their skills.

Wire/Ball Bonder
Fabricates and/or modifies complex micro-integrated circuit modules and sub-assemblies by following specific instructions for wire and ribbon bonding utilizing various manual and automatic bonding machines.

Should be familiar with bonding complex microwave modules and familiar with manual gold ball and ribbon bonding. Should be familiar with manual bonding equipment (e. g., Westbond, etc.) and with automatic bonding equipment (Palomar 8000/9000 bonders). Prefer experience working with adhesives and epoxy's. Must be able to work with a microscope for an entire shift.

Computer competency and English literacy is required to ensure the candidate will be capable of following instruction/safety guidelines.
