Mgr III- Programs

The Adaptive Sensors Product Line is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead our growing SOCOM SIGINT/EW program portfolio. This role will include profit and loss responsibility for a strategic program portfolio within the business and will report directly to the Adaptive Sensors Product Line Director.

Responsibilities include:

Define and execute the annual strategy for this portfolio. Develop the annual business plan and associated investment strategy. Manage the business to meet or exceed the plan. Track progress to towards that plan on a regular basis. Key elements of the business plan include funding, sales, profit, new business funds, directorate expense and staff utilization planning and management.

Provide leadership oversight and active engagement in the development and pursuit of business opportunities for this program area with a specific focus on growing in the SOCOM SIGINT/EW market segment as well as growing in other rapid reaction customer segments including US Army Rapid Capability Office and classified intelligence customers. Develop relationships with Defense and Intelligence customers in the SIGINT/EW market segment to create and shape new business opportunities. Provide leadership oversight and active engagement in the preparation of technical, management and cost proposals.

Manage new business funds allocated to this program area. Maintain cognizance of corporate capabilities and identify new business leads for other program areas within the Adaptive Sensors Product Line.

Ensure the successful execution of all programs led by this program area. Ensure all programs are executed in accordance with Electronic Systems Program Management Policies. Coordinate efforts across multiple projects, within and outside of the program area. Lead the pursuit of follow-on business opportunities.

Work with the Adaptive Sensors leadership team to actively manage and develop talent within the Product Line.

Provide advice and counsel to Sr. Leadership.
