Maritime Electronics Business Development & Sales

BAE Systems is seeking a Business Development Manager that will be responsible for business development activities within the Maritime Electronics market segment with emphasis on EO/IR platform situational awareness and platform survivability. This role simultaneously oversees all aspects of several near and long-term opportunity developments. Each effort will focus on providing a comprehensive plan based on a mixture of managerial, technical, and cost solutions for development, marketing and sales of maritime electronics opportunities, with specific emphasis on the domestic and international surface vessels.

The selected individual will be responsible for leading customer engagement with assigned customers, qualifying pursuits in accordance with business success criteria, filling a robust pipeline of opportunities, and driving sales to completion.

Position may be worked from any BAE Systems location, but preferred locations are: Huntsville, AL, Austin, TX, Northern Virginia/DC Metro Area, New Hampshire/Greater Boston Area
