Guided Weapons Business Development & Sales Manager
BAE Systems is seeking a Business Development Manager that will be responsible for business development activities within the Guided Weapons market segment. This role simultaneously oversees all aspects of several near and long-term opportunity developments. Each effort will focus on providing a comprehensive plan based on a mixture of managerial, technical, and cost solutions for development, marketing and sales of guided weapon opportunities, with specific emphasis on international growth.
The selected individual will be responsible for leading customer engagement with assigned customers, qualifying pursuits in accordance with business success criteria, filling a robust pipeline of opportunities, and driving international sales to completion.
Position may be worked from any BAE Systems location, but preferred locations are: Huntsville, AL, Austin, TX, Northern Virginia/DC Metro Area, New Hampshire/Greater Boston Area
