Mechanical ENgineer Co op / Intern
Co-op position starting January 2017- May 2017 seeking an entry level Mechanical Engineer for the design and development of Military communication and sensing equipment. The candidate shall have an excellent understanding of thermal principles, strength of materials, materials selection and the ability to apply those principles to unique mechanical design challenges. Demonstrated creativity through prior work experience or college project work assignments is a plus. Candidate should be able to perform well in a team environment and across technical functions. The candidate shall possess good written and verbal communication skills. Required Skills and Education Familiarity of design principles, use of 3D CAD tools and possess a thorough understanding of heat transfer and strength of material concepts.
