Material Planning Coordinator 3

Material Planning Coordinator supporting the Microwave North Factory in the Microelectronics Center at the South Nashua Campus. The main responsibilities of this role are filling Point of Use locations, filling material pick requests for rework material, Releasing W/O's to WIP, Cycle counting Point of Use locations and reconciling count discrepancies, correcting Backflush Errors, Moving produce and material among the different factories they go to during their Cycle time and working with Planner and VSS's to support material inquiries, move orders or any other material and Route card requests.
This is a fast paced manufacturing environment that requires support staff who can react quickly to requests, communicate clearly and prioritize manufacturing needs. This is a role that spends about half of the day away from the desk moving material and half of the day working at your computer. We are a satellite building to NHQ so some movement across the parking lot to the other building is required.
Applications we use are Oracle ERP, Solumina, Dataview, Tip QA, iportal (istar shippers, task queries etc..), SharePoint (E-POU and E-Picks), also general knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is a plus.
First shift position with the potential to flex to off-shifts for support as MW North ramps up.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
General Computer use
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to spend periods of time away from your desk, walking or standing.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Typical education requirements:
Some experience in a manufacturing environment
Solumina MES system
High School diploma plus 2 years experience or equivalent experience desired.
