Manufacturing Quality Lead

Job Description

The Manufacturing Quality Lead position will report to the ECS Manufacturing Director and will be responsible for applying best quality practices across the NH ECS factories. The selected individual must be able to operate independently with the ability to lead and influence others in a matrix environment and exhibit cross-functional collaboration. The candidate must posses the skills necessary to drive change and support the development of a continuous improvement culture.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Audit preparedness and support
  • Customer and Internal Corrective Action closure
  • High Performance Management training and updates
  • AS9100D adherence in the factories
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices across the organization
  • Liaison with the Quality organization
Typical Education & Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

Manufacturing and Quality leadership experience, the ability to analyze data and direct root cause corrective action teams, Proficient at identifying, analyzing and developing mitigation plans for risks, Microsoft Office Proficiency

Preferred Skills and Education

Lean six sigma experience/certification
Quality experience/certification
Factory experience
Project management experience
