Manufacturing Production Control 1

Participates in and contributes to process/ quality improvements teams and or initiatives.

Identifies and recommends improvements to schedule, processes, practices or material which lead to positive results in product quality and schedule.

Analyzes, recommends and implements, as appropriate, work- around or recovery plans in a proactive manner.

Utilize tools to align schedules with efficiencies in the factory.

Manage PMRB locators, aged NC’s, PO problem shelf. Manage stale and Red WIP.

Work closely with Planners on material concerns/ issues.

Manage material at kit or POU level. Lead cycle counts and inventory integrity

Support Factory to material needs. Work closely with the Stockroom personnel, Eng., VSS and leads to assure the factory has what they need to be successful in meeting schedule.

Assist in training as well as develop talent within the group

Required Skills and Education Willing to work on 2nd Shift

Required education: High School/GED

Good Communication Skills Preferred Skills and Education Oracle and computer skills
