Manufacturing Engineering Intern

BAE Systems in Endicott, NY is seeking full time manufacturing engineering interns over the summer and fall semesters. The intern candidates primary responsibility will be supporting transition of manufacturing work instructions into a new manufacturing execution system.

Candidates must be proficient in navigating Windows based file folder structures, though no specific software program knowledge is required. The transition processes are constantly evolving and as such candidates must be able to follow and create detailed step-by-step process instructions. They must also possess a strong attention to detail and desire to ensure correctness. This is a great way to gain exposure to complex manufacturing processes for high reliability electronics used in the military and commercial aerospace and power and propulsion industries.

Local candidates attending school in the fall may work part time around school schedules.
