Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering or Scientific field from an accredited college or university or its equivalent and a minimum of twelve (12) years work experience

Must have 7 – 10 years of experience in the area of Integrated Test Equipment (ITE)

Must have 7-10 years of experience in test equipment design and fabrication

Must have experience managing small groups

Must be able to obtain a secret security clearance
